Description
The Geissele Ultra Precision 5-Axis Trigger Guard replaces the factory AR-15 polymer trigger guard with a precision-machined aluminum unit. Five-axis CNC work produces tighter tolerances and a cleaner contoured profile than a standard cast or two-axis-milled guard — no integrated set screw needed; the piece simply roll-pins into a mil-spec lower like the factory part it replaces.

Why upgrade: The factory polymer trigger guard is the cheapest part on a stock AR-15 and one of the few exterior surfaces you actively contact. A precision-machined aluminum replacement removes the flex, deburrs the rough opening, and pairs cleanly with milled lower receivers. It is a small visual + tactile upgrade that finishes a build without changing function.
Installation: Drift out the factory roll pin with a 3/32″ punch, drop the Geissele guard into place, and re-seat the pin. Five minutes with a vise block and a hammer — no permanent modification to the lower.
