The HK Parts manufactured HK45C, USPC .45 mag extension allows the user to convert existing HK45C & USPC .45 magazines to a 20 round magazine capacity.
Each HK magazine extension kit includes the following:
- Magazine extension body
- Magazine extension cover
- 20 round extended magazine spring
- Extended follower for use with the magazine extension
