Replacement KeyMod mounting hardware — ten steel T-nut and screw pairs for attaching accessories, rail sections, or hand stops to any KeyMod handguard. Sized to the KeyMod standard and drop-in for any factory or aftermarket rail using the KeyMod slot pattern.
Fit
- KeyMod handguards — Aero, Midwest Industries, YHM, BCM KMR, and any other rail built to the KeyMod standard
- Steel accessories, rail sections, sling mounts, hand stops, and QD points that use KeyMod hardware
Does NOT fit
- M-Lok handguards — M-Lok uses a different T-nut geometry and hex screw size
- Picatinny-only accessories without a KeyMod mounting foot

Use notes
Drop each T-nut into a KeyMod slot, rotate 90° to lock, then torque the screw through the accessory into the nut. A small drop of blue thread-locker on the screw prevents recoil from backing hardware out over time.
