Build It Yourself Airsoft Charging Handle Kit
NOTE: MUST BE ASSEMBLED. PARTS ONLY.

How to Assemble
Tools Required:
- Hammer or Spring Pin Punch Tool
- Some kind of setting compound like gorilla glue or green Loctite
- Vise or secure tooling station
Step 1 – Assemble L Handle with Hook
NOTE: The pin must be inserted with the textured side facing down (towards the red hook).
Step 2 – Place Main Spring with L Handle Hook Set
Insert the main spring into the center of the Charging Handle Stem. Ensure the Charging Handle Stem is securely mounted.
Using a pick or some small tool, push the main spring in while inserting the L Handle Hook Set.
You can use small hex tool to temporarily hold this piece in place.
Step 3 – Place Side Spring and R Handle
Side spring (the smaller spring) goes into the hole on the side of the Charging Handle Stemp.
Use another small hex tool to keep both handles in place.
Step 4 – Install L Charging Handle
Use the hammer or pin punch tool to install the L Handle with the textured side up.
You can coat the tip of the pin with glue or Loctite.
We insert the hex tool from below and hammer the pins in from the top.
Step 5 – Install R Handle
Using the same method as before, install the R Handle pin.
Now the charging handle should be full assembled.
You can lubricate it for smoother operations.
