Official PCT Stencils
We’re proud to introduce the Official Panther City Tactical Stencil Kits — precision-cut from top-quality, high-bake vinyl. Designed for use with both spray paint and Cerakote, these single-use stencils can be repositioned during application and are rated for bake cycles up to 200ºF.
Authentic M81 Woodland Pattern
Every shape in our stencil kit was meticulously designed to replicate the classic ERDL/M81 Woodland camouflage pattern. We didn’t just get close — we aimed for total accuracy, maximizing the number of usable shapes on each sheet for full coverage and versatility.
Choose Your Kit Size (Sheet size: 8″ x 11″)
- Standard Kit – 6 sheets
Enough to cover a full-size 16″ AR (or comparable rifle), with some extra for a couple of mags. - Micro Kit – 2 sheets
A scaled-down version perfect for pistols, magazines, or any smaller M81 project. - MAGNUM XL Kit – 6 Sheets
Oversized for a bold, exaggerated pattern. Includes 6 sheets — ideal for full rifles or standout designs.
Suggested Color Palette
While you’re free to use any colors you like, we recommend:
- 911 Flat Black
- 30118 Field Drab Brown
- 30051 “383″ CARC Brown
- 34102 Camo Dark Green (our favorite — a slightly more olive tone compared to 34094 “383″ CARC Green)
Basic Application Guide for M81
- Apply a base coat of Black
- Apply stencils from group A
- Apply Tan
- Apply stencils from group B
- Apply Brown
- Apply stencils from group C
- Apply Green
- Allow paint to fully dry before removing stencils
