These buffers are only compatible with other VLTOR A5 products. A5 system consists of the longer RE5F, RE15, RE10/A5SR, or other A5 compatible receiver extension, the Vltor A5 spring (rifle length spring), and longer A5 buffers. None of A5 components are compatible with standard AR15/M16 carbine receiver extensions, springs, and buffers.
